My Big Mistake

Well Although I have gone to AMP's before today I ventured for the first time into the arena of a provider. Unfortunately for me and answered an ad in the Asbury Park Press (732-762-1968) by the way dont ever use them. The guy tells me he has a special deal if I bring the ad...$$ for two girls for an hour. Well this was my first time and I guess I was just a little too naive:( I drive to Neptune to the place where we are to meet. I am met by a guy who says he is the driver. He tells me to pay him and I unfortunately do, and he gives me a room #. Well the room # didn't exist. It is hard for me to feel more taken advantage of than i do right now. I guess my first time into the hobby will also be my last. Just wanted to give everybody a heads up on this place, and maybe hear some feedback. Please dont tell me how much of an idiot I am though I already know that.

Ouch! That's gotta hurt, but how do you prepare for something like that. Sorry for your loss, and it motovates one to pay alot of attention to boards like this to find reputable providers/services. I'm not trying to dump on you, 'cause I've tried one or two "services" in the APP also, both times were nothing great to write about/see again.
To make up for your loss, I hear PCS in Neptune has some fair-to-good reviews. If you know of some good AMP's in the Neptune area, would you please share? if your not comfortable posting due to recent LE Heat, you can always e.mail me...(the button works...:) ) Again, sorry to hear of your loss, but thanks for the "heads up" on a screwball ad in the APP

If you stick with girls from this board it's highly unlikely you will get fucked over. Do some research before you venture unprotected

Sorry for your loss.......but you got screwed whithout getting screwed. Not a put down on you. A lesson to be learned. There are a lot of good providers who post on UG who will give you you're money's worth. Do some legwork.

vinnie - on more than one occasion, every hobbyist here, no matter how experienced, has been screwed, shafted, ripped off, or whatever term you prefer. it comes with the turf.

nevertheless, there are some great providers out there. personally, i would start with the indies......particularly those who post here.

I had asked about that service on UG a couple of weeks ago but nobody knew anything. Vinny, don't be too hard on yourself, that guy is a smooth talker and makes the girls sound real hot. He told me that he had a girl there that was a Cheerleader from the University of Miami and if I came over before 8:00pm (it just happened to be 7:30pm at the time) that I could have 2 girls for the price of one. It did sound real good, but I thought it sounded too good. I thought it was LE myself. That is why I then asked about it. He goes by the ad "a attractive".

There is a lot of good advice floating around on the net about how not to get ripped off:

I agree with Laptop. Call him from a different phone and teach him a thing or two. There is no reason to let someone get over on you. Worst case scenario is send a letter to your local LE about it. Don't sign the letter though.

expirience at one time or another...whether it's been a
bad provider or a rip-off or something....Don't give up on
the hobby, just learn from your mistake, chalk it up
to a learning expirience... There are a lot of really great people
in the hobby....She's too modest to say it, but my choice would be

That is one hard core fuck over to be sure! I've had bad experiences, too, but I've also had some amazing experiences. Pay attention to the advice of the more experienced hobbyists here and you will find what you are looking for. Good luck.

Yes, I just joined the group. Yes, it's my first post. Does this guy have a first name? Many of the APP ads are legit, some are as you described..........trust me when I tell you the last person that crossed paths with me in a similar situation wished he'd hadn't, and is subsequently is no longer in "the business". Play fair or pay the consequences. I have zero tolerance for people of this caliber. I'll report to the group the results of my encounter with this person within the next two weeks..........rest assured he'll wish he'd chosen another career path after our meeting.

I believe everyone who started in this hobby had been ripoff at least once at the beggining. You learned from your mistake and got smarter. I began my hobby a few years back in a Wash D.C. hotel with outcall. The first time was fine and was a rewarding first experience. The second time, I picked up a phone number from a big adv in the yellow page. A bitch came in, took $180 of my money, and started to ask me what did I want to do. She was pretending that it was only for talking or companionship. When I asked for real service, she started to threathen me that it was against the law The phone rang and she asked me to talk to her agent. While her agent screamed at me at the other side, she took the opportunity to walk out. My whole night was ruined. Now I will never try a new place until I thoroughly research the reviews in the board. Bit don't let this one experience to discourage you from trying. There are many honest providers out there who need your business.

Sorry to hear about your horrible experience. It has happened to most of us when first starting out. However, that is one of the best things about Boards such as UG, JAG, TER, etc. Read the reviews and the posts, and you will soon find out which ones to trust and follow. Frankly, these Boards have led me to a number of mighty fine providers in the NY/NJ/Philly Area. It all depends what you are looking for. Some guys want the young model type, others a more mature provider. Some want Greek, others want bbbjtc. If you tell the Board Members what you are after-they will almost always tend to direct you in the proper road to follow. Just do not be timid to ask.

I actually had one where I set up an appointment with an independent provider in CT on the phone. She came to my apartment, and I was not all that impressed with her looks, but it was $.15 so I went for it. She asked me for the money, and then told me she had to go check in with her driver, let him know things were fine. I did not think twice about it, until she got in the car and left. Another lesson learned.

When I was new to this hobby I relied upon Yellow Page ads. I was ripped off once or twice then changed my strategy to using the web. Then I relied upon escort web pages. Experience Ok and improving from yellow pages. Then I stumbled upon these review sites. Now I don't do anything without checking reviews first. Soon enough I was developing the skills I needed to find the "real deal." Despite the universal disclaimer, YMMV, I've found hobbying quite enjoyable. Good luck
