"All Female Staff" ??

I was recently in Florida and noticed several places in the West Palm area that advertised "All Female Staff". The few I saw were around Diamands and the Landing Strip. As I was with a (female!) biz associate at the time, I couldn't explore....

What's the deal with these places? Are they like the MPs in Jersey (my neck of the woods)? I'd appreciate any enlightenment as I may be heading back that way again soon. Thanks!
