You've all got such a great 'community' spirit. This is very cool. Info for info's sake. Hopefully those in the know, can help point me in the right direction.

I'm looking for two things:
1) places downtown, near wall st/financial dist., massage,incall,- whatever.

2)good experiences or suggestions with young and/or attractive latinas or lt skin black.

I love when places that have names based on thier origanal location move. Like "6th Avenue Electronics", now on Route 4 in Paramus ( hahaha ). I could see the look on some trader's face, looking for a "nooner", calling Wallstreet Adventures and being told "we're on 80th & Park".

I think it only works for Duane Reade because a lot of people don't realise the name came from the cross streets of the original location.

there's also Canal St Jeans (now on broadway) and Pearl Paint (now on Canal Street) and Madison Square Garden, no longer anywhere near Madison Square.

btw, the DR currently btwn Duane and Reade on lower broadway is across the street from both where the original store, and Brooks Bros Clothiers, were first located.

It's my recollection of Tribeca that Duane and Reade run parallel to one another -- they don't intersect. as SB's post implies. (I used to "live" at Barnabus Rex, one of the original sleazy bars in the nabe.)

Wall Street Adventures is long gone, at least at its former location. But, Jillians offers some latinas and light skinned African American women who fit your qualifications. Zoe is particularly outstanding.

duane and reade are (more or less) parallel between broadway and church. however, continuing west, they intersect between hudson and greenwich. on that block, just in from hudson, there's an alley that runs 2 blocks north to franklin, past puffy's and riverrun. it has just the right ambiance for the commies from tribeca films (upstairs from 'the grill') to enact 'shootouts', so that iam's can get work doing guido films.

look, this is completely off-topic for this thread, but, i always try to be as helpful as possible. trying to find a latina provider in manhattan is like trying to find a russian provider in crooklyn -- it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to do it.

here's one easy method: go to http://www.ny-exotics.com choose the category 'brunettes'. then call the ones that are described as 'brazilian'. this is just one way; but it's simple and it works.

To your points, and I'll be as brief as possible:

DNTN: No rec's. None. Zippo, zilcho, nada. As a midtowner, closest I get is Bliss, a MP in the low 30s on the East Side and Intimate Indulgences, 31st/Broadway.

Latinas: They're everywhere. If you like model types try the Brazilians, (Under the "Girl of the Month" thread.) I think one of their web sites is http://www.brazilian-top-models.com They are sexy, though some of the sexiest are leaving the biz, but they're bringin in new blood as I understand.

If you are referring to Ruby's on 109 Lafayette St, I just called the number and it's been disconnected. Their ad hasn't run in the papers since September. Then again, they were located inside of the Canal Street "frozen zone" after the 9/11/01 tragedy.

Door looks all kicked in, so you can tell there was at least one shady happening...I tried about a month ago and they had relocated, although I heard the ph # was still working, but havent been down there to get it. 9/11 and Canal St LE presence was likely impetus for move.

Just actually moved from downtown area closer to chelsea area.

He's using the software's ability to post a JPEG or GIF formated pic from another URL into the post.

The pic isn't stored onsite at UG. It is pulled from the listed URL at the time your browser requests it.

So Oz has a series of these posted at a URL and in the post sets a pointer to that location. For instance:

www.nameofsite.com/ozzy/pics/ozzy1.jpg

See?

The reason your pic doesn't work is that the pic is behind security....if you paste the url into the browser, it comes as the frontpage for a different site.

Also, posting pics from other sites could be violating copyrights for those pics.

One thing to remember as well if you are showing pics either in your post or your signature, that everytime you load that particular thread, it has to download the pic, so keep it small. Otherwise, it will seriously slow down the performance for any members of the board that has to access using a dial up.

On another board I used to moderate, every member had graphics files that they used for their signatures, so we had implemented a 10k limit on the size of the pics.

As sort of proof that it did, I never would have left a broken link like now appears. I first noticed the broken link around noon. Since my edit window of 60 minutes had already elasped, I could not edit my post and the broken link remains.
