Is it me, or Patra needs help promoting her parties? I've been to several of her parties lately, and it's the same small crowd, and small selection of dancers to choose from. She's gotta have a crowd and a largre selection of dancers no matter if it's in a club, or in a house. As much promotion as she does, I just don't understand it. What's the point of having parties everyday when there are few customers & dancers? Even she said it's starting to wear her out. I hope her next BIG party has a good turn out.

Brooklyn promoter Hannibal is back hittin' the Underground scene. I went to his comeback party he had awhile back in The Bronx, and it got raided along with Miss. Jamaica. He claims to be the KING of NEW YORK, but we all know who the REAL KING is.

PLEASE: For safety reasons, his name/parties shall never be mentioned.

Yeah I see what you're saying, but it's aslo an investment. She's kinda losing more than she's gaining. If I was having an event, I'd wanna make most of the money back so I could have enough to pay my employees. Just renting a spot alone in New York is a BITCH!!!

I HEAR YA, but also giving people some time off so they put on a 'good show' and not be seen as 'going through the motions' makes for better business sense. It's like sex, it's cool to be able to get it everyday but if you wait a few days it makes your hornier when you get it.

Who knows, maybe I will check her out one of these days...PEACE

It's her parties for sure. Her flyer always have her logo, and a picture of her back side. Also, she's always present at her parties. If it's in a club, she's near the door collecting $$$$$. If's it's in a house, she's either near the door collecting $$$$$, or behind the bar. She always has $$$$$ in her hand. SHIT, I would to. All the $$$$$ goes to her. I CAN'T BE MAD AT HER HUSTLE.

The hotel jump off threw by Lady T & Diamond (a no show) in Midtown Manhattan was pretty good, but could've been better if the others dancers came early. For those who were there got their $$$$$, and the crowd got their $$$$$'s worth. Even at times when the crowd asked for more dancers, they made the best of it. There were a total of 12 dancers, just enough to fill up the suite. There was not an ulgly chick in site. Good wall/lap dances, good stage shows. There was more dancers, but the promoter got selective and told them to leave after a certain time. IF THE DANCERS ARE MAKING $$$$$, WHY STOP THEM? Besides that, nobody walked out unhappy except 3 late birds who showed up 5 minutes before the doors closed. THE EARLY BIRD CATCHES ALL THE WORMS!!!

I went to a $$$$$ BOSS party for the first time this past Sunday. I got there just before 11pm; I should've came afterwards, but I didn't want to pay the extra $5. I felt very uncomfortable; the place is very small. The stage is in the middle of the floor once you open the door. The bar is to your left. The dee jay is to your right. There are seats and stools surrounding the stage. There are steps to the right that lead downstairs to the bathroom. There's a door to your far left that leads to the dancers dressing room. Also, the VIP room is back there. NYPD can easily raid that spot. I was killing time sleeping up to 12:30 when things statred to pickup. Not enough variety of girls; only 8 showed up.

2 Latinas: 1 thick, 1 fat.
6 Blacks: 1 slender, 2 thicks, 1 slim, 1 ugly slim, 1 fat.

These chicks need to get their priorities straight. 1 dancer turned me down for a VIP to do a lesbian show with her partner. DID SHE FEEL LIKE SHIT!!! SHE WON'T EVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. I would eventually do a VIP with another dancer who's smart enough to always put VIP before a stage show. I left the spot around 3am remembering myself to bring a selection of dancers next time.

May 6th was just not Hannibal's day. He tried to have a male strip party, then follow with a female party at 1am. Things didn't turn out the way he did. He had the male party, but that's about it. 2 friends of mine who got there before me told me not a damn thing was was happen'n. I called Hannibal several times, but all I got was his voic*****. I GOTTA BLAST YOU ON THIS ONE HANNIBAL: IF YOU'RE RUNNING A BUSINESS, YOU CAN'T IGNORE YOUR CLIENTELE WHEN THEY'RE CALL'N YOU!!! By the time I got there, not a soul was there. Not the club owner, not Hannibal, no fellas, no chicks, NOBODY!!!

It's a good thing we spoke the next day because this report would've been real ugly. Hannibal explained to me everything what happened. His plan was to have the fellas come after the male show to keep the night go'n, but it fell apart. The fellas show'd up, but left after they saw the male strippers. Some chicks show'd up, but they lost their patience and left. Since there was no fellas, no chicks, Hannibal got frustrated and left. I WISH HE WOULD'VE CALLED ME!!! Hannibal's now look'n for a new spot for his next party. He told me he'll text his clientele and apologize for that night. I'm forgiv'n him bacause everybody has a SHITTY DAY. Besides gett'n raided, what can be worse than that?

I'll give you an example: one of the best, if not the best, had an event a couple of years ago on a cold rainy night, and at teh last minute the venue backed out on him. So he sat outside in teh cold and rain, and personally took responsibility and met every guy who showed up and appologised and offered him free admission to his next party as compensation.

Needless to say, his next part was a HUGE success and help push him to the top of the NY scene.

What I tell everyone in this business is this: in all businesses, there are screwup. Don't try to hide them or sweep them under the rug or deny them. Sincce all business have screwups, the difference between a good business and a not-so-good one isn't whether they ever screw up or not. It's how they handle themselves after a screw up that gets people's attentions. It doesn't sound like Hannibal is ready to be a major player yet.

Last week, I was at Patra's Penthouse Bash where porn stars Cherokee, Jasmine Cashmere, and Beauty were present. I got there a little after 11pm; noth'n was happen'n. While I was tak'n a tour of the place, I noticed it was more space outside than it was inside. Since it rained earlier in the day, it was a little too cool to be outside. I enjoyed the breeze, and so did the smokers. Out of nowhere, the NYPD showed up about a 30 minutes later, but no big deal. The stars of the show gave lap dances, even naked ones if it was requested. There was one girl-girl show which was pretty good. While the party was com'n to an end, an unknown dancer got punched in the mouth. All I saw was her argu'n with a male, then the punch comes out of nowhere, she falls to the ground, and her purse tumbles down the steps. Patra & her staff quickly went upstairs to investigate the incident. 5 minutes later, they escorted him out. The way she was cry'n, I thought he knocked out a tooth, or broke her jaw. Fuortunately, she went home only with a swollen jaw. Luckily for the guy the party was downtown in a penthouse; if it was in the ghetto, he would've caught a MAAAD BEATDOWN.

I know I'm a week late with this story, but I was too busy do'n other things.

My problem with Rambo lately is everytime I go to his parties, it's not all that good. The day I don't go just happens to be a slamm'n party. He's not consistent like he used to be. I just wanted to see the so called new talent he was talk'n about. Sometimes he can overexaggerate things.

SOMEBODY'S REVIEW PASSED ON TO 411

This is my very first review of one of Rambo's Basement Party. It was an experience to say the least.

1. Not the easiest place to find: Even with the directions, it took a while to locate it. Spent a few minutes wandering around the lobby, much to the displeasure of the local drug dealers. Finally, one of the dealers pointed me back out of the building and to a side door leading to the basement.

2. Death by fire: Nice size basement with multiple rooms. However, my number one concern after entering: What happens if there's a fire down here? It looked like they had every single outlet plugged with various lights, wires & stereo equipment. It looked like a fire hazard just waiting to happen. Unfortunately, it looked like they only had one entrance which would have resulted in chaos if everyone rushed the door at the same time. My fears were heightened when I went to leave and saw that not only did he have the outside entranced closed off with these huge elephant chains, he has had it padlocked!!!! (So even if you made it out of the room, you would still be stuck in the basement).

3. Time to arrive: I would suggest to anyone who's going to attend one of his functions to arrive no earlier than 3AM. I screwed up by getting there at 12:30AM, and it was dead. There were 2 fat girls walking around and like 7 guys in the basement. I stayed until about 3AM. By then, there were about 9 girls.

4. Quality of women: Umm, how can I put this nicely? Lets just say.....Out of the 9 girls there, 8 out of them benefitted GREATLY by the low light levels!!! No Spanish or White girls in attendance, mostly plus sized sistas. I sat around for about 2 and a half hours laughing and saying to myself, "I cant believe I actually spent money to get in here"! I stayed that long hoping that it would make a dramatic improvement. However, I finally realised that my time was worth more than $20, and I broke out!

Hannibal's the KING alright..........THE KING OF WHACK ASS PARTIES!!! He's got a long way to go before he calls himself the KING. We all know who the real KONY is. His last party was so terrible, I'm surprised I'm writ'n about this.

1: The donation was $25.

2: There were only 3 stools, no chairs or tables.

3: The stage was a pool table (which I advised them to use instaed of putt'n a plastic bag on the floor).

4: The spot was a small ass hole in a wall. In the future, if the location is at the RED DOOR, he's giv'n you the red light not to waste $25.

5: The dancers were paper bags chicks (until I made a couple of calls).

6: It was HOT AS HELL. I almost turned into Nelly.

Last: He almost kicked me out because I looked suspicious, and wasn't spend'n $$$$$ on the chicks. My main purpose was to get numbers if I saw a good look'n chick.

CAN YOU BELEIVE THAT SHIT!!! After what I did, this is the thanks I get? He asked me for ID, what my occupation was, and how did I know about his party. DAMN!!! He has my ******, cell number, we spoke several times, I even told him that the party he buddied up with Miss. Jamaica got raided. Also, I told him I was do'n a VIP when the cops came knock'n. He still didn't remember me. He finally let me stay after the chicks I invited vouched for me. He apologized and we spoke for a little bit. I told him in a professional manner that he wasn't the KONY. He agreed, then claimed to be the 2nd KONY. WHATEVER!!! I know the promoters, I know who's 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. After what I went through that night, it'll be a loooooooooong time before I go to one of his parties again.

Come to find out that the person that she booked the spot with was not the owner. No reschedule date has been set. Miss. Jamaica got caught with her pants down. She'll do some serious background checking the next time. A VALUABLE LESSON LEARNED!!!

So far, I've seen 1 White, 1 Asain, and few Hispanics. The mixture can be better if the strippers weren't afraid to come to Brooklyn. Once they hear the party's in Brooklyn, they be like, "Nevermind". Some of these strippers come through after they leave Big D's, so I'll talk to them into bringing more mixtures. That's the best I can do. I sent Slinky Bender the info, but I don't think he received it. As you wish, I'll send you the info.

The Brainfest got raided in October 2002. There were a couple more after that, but it wasn't the same. Now I hear it's somwhere in the Bronx on Thursdays.

Really, damn I'm from the Bx and dont know where.....haha. Anywayz there was also a small bar type spot on rosedale across the street from a barbershop a few years back that use to have parties on wednesday's.

I actually went to a friends bachlorette party at a brainfest, she was a lesbian as you can guess. Funny thing is half the job went there, including 2-3 straight girls who thought it was a regular strip club....haha.

For some reason I've been whoreboard nostalgic of late. And underground nostalgic. Reading old posts and missing these days:

What is up with the underground? I'm hooked in slightly but five years ago there were so many choices. Different things, different nights. It was really poppin'. Hotel parties. Amazing hotel parties. Regular spots. Asscon, of course...

Are things going to pick up? Will the tanking economy make the underground feasible again? I remember going to a party at an insane midtown hotel suite that D put together that was totally off the hook. Two floors or was it three? Huge. Filled with dancers of every flavor. The Sultan of Brunei Suite. And obviously, these types of spots got priced out as the masters of the universe sucked up all of NYC's oxygen...

And yet, at the one spot I currently have access to there seems to be a bit of an upward pressure on pricing. Go figure...

I guess I need to start being a little more aggressive in doing recon. Again, looking at the old threads we were very lucky to have Slinky serving up the dope info. It was very easy back then to hook into the underground. Somewhere there's a thread started by Slinky that discusses the changes happening in the underground because of the influx of us, the Utopians. Basically, the underground got mainstreamed...

As we all know, the UG isn't what it used to be. The UG, like the economy, hit rock bottom. There's more less of a crowd at parties. There are less BALLERS, and more PENNY PIMPS, UGH!!! The high priced chicks refuse to negotiate. Most of all, the promoters aren't working together. Instead, they're competing against one another having parties on the same day. Don't you hate it when there's 2 - 3 parties going on at the same time and us mongers, and dancers can't make up our minds to which party we want to go to, UGH!!! I spoke to several promoters about that, but they paid me no attention. INCONVENIENCE IS A BITCH!!! In Uptown, Manhattan, there's Freaky Fred, Money Boss, Hannibal, Rambo, Koran, and Demarko. I already know what to expect from these parties. Sometimes, they're having parties on separate days. Sometimes, they're having parties all on the same day confusing everybody. Oh yeah, Hannibal's not the KONY (KING OF NEW YORK), so don't believe the hype. In Brooklyn, there's L&LP, 24/7 Ent, G Smooth, 423 Ent, and sometimes Supreme Clientele. All I gotta say about this is L&LP RUNS BROOKLYN, PERIOD!!! You can't beat his prices. My problem with this L&LP, 24/7 Ent, and 423 Ent all have close relationships with one another, so why compete with one another having parties at the same time??? As the Monday Night Football ESPN commentators would say, "C'MON MAN"!!! As for Queens, it's up for grabs. These promoters really have to come together and work something out with out and bumping heads. I know they're trying to make their money, but do it the right way. After what I just said, the only 2 promoters that isn't affected by this bumping head competition is L&LP, and HANDS ON FLAVA. As for me, I spend most of my mongering the L&LP parties. Like I said, you can't beat his prices. I went to THE SAUNA for the first time just to see what kind of show he delivers. More PENNY PIMPS than BALLERS, UGH!!! For those promoter who have that problem, you need to search for better clientele.

411 you said it best my man. I know i don't have a lot of posts, but if you look at the date I joined you can see that i've been around for a minute. The Red Door was my favorite place. But the thing that makes me wonder is something thevenereble said. What happened with Jean and Nowman? I wasn't plugged in all the way, but did they move to another state? I'd go visit lol. I went to L&LP's last night only because it was it was Brian C's birthday celebration. Otherwise, I really don't care too much for The Loft. Me and Brian C go back ten years. I remember the very first time his party got raided. DAMN THE NYPD GOT US GOOD!!! It wasn't funny then, but looking back and talking about it, we laugh about it. Anyway, I saw some new talent that I never seen before. I had a SQUIRTING good time with one, SPLASH!!! My main squeeze Apple came late, so she missed the action. As for Hypnotic, she should change her name to Rocky. Everytime there's a scuffle, SHE'S INVOLVED!!! She's such a HOTHEAD. This time, the lucky one was Bad Ass. Hypnotic's gonna meat her match one night. What's that saying, "Every dog has its day." Near the end, Tease was pissy drunk, so was Brian C. When I was helping her walk to the dressing room, she was stumbling/leading me to CHAMPAIGNE ROOM and asked if.........you know the rest. NO WAY ROSAE!!! I lost my virginity to a drunk, NEVER AGAIN!!! So, I left her in the Champaigne Room passed out and let Brian C know she was in there. I gave the staff members a pound, and went on home. SHIT, I FORGOT ABOUT MY SUNGLASSES!!! OH WELL, I HAVE A SPARE PAIR.
