In the preview clip of the show a hot looking blonde was being asked what a guy gets for $1K an hour.

Interestingly enough, there was also a "prostitution theme" on a sitcom tonite ( Just Shoot Me ). One of the memorable exchanges:

A: "She's a hooker !"

B: "No, she's a call girl"

A:"What's the difference ?"

B:"About $800 an hour and uncertainty of the outcome"

The ABC piece was either a rerun or a total re-hash of a previous braodcast, right down to the interviews with "Samantha". I didn't see it alst imte it aired, but there was an elaborate website which had a lot more than this short segment ( including a lot more footage of Sam ).

The Just Shoot Me segment was totally lame. It portrayed the "provider" as an illiterate women, who either wanted to hop in the back of the limo with her date, or go to medical school. It totally demeaned providers as an unintelligent group of self-serving sluts. But, the show did make me ruminate on the distinct possibility that providers earn more money than doctors. And they make you feel much better as well.

"an unintelligent group of self-serving sluts"

Are you sure you didn't confuse Just Shoot Me with Politically Incorrect, which is shooting in Washington, DC this week ? ;)
