I think it was in New Jersey because they took the limo and it went thru the Holland Tunnel I believe.

oh, i thought it went through the tunnel the OTHER way. hmm. i didn't think that guy could afford an apartment like that in manhattan. they specifically DID NOT mention the club. obviously the club refused to tithe them as well as say broadway panhandler. that show is one long urban infomercial.

they probably learned that from Sex and the City.........

what I love is that the makeover show, What Not to Wear, always shows the subject shopping in NYC on day one, and in day two (when the two hosts help him/her with their shopping) they do not mention the store, but if you look at the credits it shows that the store where they shop at is Neiman Marcus in Short Hills, NJ.

Straight plan for the gay man was on Comedy Central last night. I thought is was too cliche and actually boring.

But these are the people that brought us the Man Show and Crank Yankers. How could they possibly put together something that's too cliche and boring.

I thought they were in a "regular" club next the strip club he worked at.

That is the channel that brought us those shows, not neccessarily the same production company.

I think both Crank Yankers and the Man Show were created by Jimmy Kimmel's company, Jackhole.

I was being facetious.

(I mean, I like the Dailey Show, South Park, and Strangers with Candy)

If you're talking about the 80's radio DJ (the show with Vince Neil from Motley Crue) I believe I heard the name "Double Dees" which I think is a strip club in NJ.

yes. thank you. they were very careful not to promo the club for some reason.

I also think it was "Double Ds" in Morristown, NJ. I've heard it advertised as a "rock club" now on the radio so I guess it's got a split personalty. I've only been there twice. Upscale sports barlook.Nice looking girls but zero mileage at the bar. I never had a lap dance so I can't comment on that aspect.

It was Double D's. I haven't been there in a while but it still is a strip club. It actually used to be a regular club where a lot of the college kids would go but they made the switch to a strip club a few years ago. I'm not sure but I think they have two sides to the place one of which is the strip club and the other which is what you may have seen on the show.
