Just to let all you guys know. I was on *************.com and MoFar posted that once he left that he was pulled over and questioned by undercover cops. Be careful. They also might have taped the phone lines as they do with AMP bust.

very good guys, it is safe to say that they are montioring UG.
Maybe they can get a dancer to strip for them prviately as they did a couple of years ago and rape herin Farmingdale, If I remember correctly or

Deal drugs out of the club as the did in World Gym in Ronkonkoma

Or simply take bribes like many cops across the USA do.

My buddy was there today, as he was leaving he got pulled over and got the third degree. Of course, he played it cool, seems like they are just trying to scare people into telling them something. The cop also told him that if they saw him there again, the whole process would be worse next time.....As for me, I will stay the fuck away, already got arrested once for shit like this and I never want that to happen again...

I can see why a rational person would avoid a club coming under this kind of heat. However, can the lawyers in the audience tell me whether its legal for cops to stop someone who is outside a "legal" club and giving them the third degree. Whats the probable cause? (The question is not can they do it, obviously, they do. The question is are they on shaky legal grounds by doing so.)

Since, When is going to a stripclub a crime!! I was given the 3rd degree by police today. What was I doing there? Did I know what happen at Fanasty? They said know what goes on here!! And Someone will crack eventually. My advice is to stay way!! Far Far away Avoid the hassles and pitfall. SCPD will not be happy until some takes a fall.

Since there are illegal commercial sex acts going on there.

While I've never been to Fantasy or most of these eastern LI clubs talked about here... I can't claim first hand what's going on inside.... But if they're providing extra's in those clubs (with the clubs knowledge and or approval) then there is just as good a reason for them pulling you over as if you were exiting a known drug dealing location, brothel or prostitute trolling strip.

When I first read this I thought the same until the club name was posted. I can assure you that if they did this outside the normal law abiding type club that there would be issues with the cops doing this. Remember... this is Suffolk County and not Manhattan... those rinky dink rent-a-cops you have out there see a three car fender bender on the LIE once a week as the most action they'll see in their entire lifetime on the force. So since they don't have much else to do out there in what we call "the sticks"... busting a bunch of pervs after getting their dicks sucked is probably the most excitement they have. To them its like breaking the Lindbergh case.

SCPD don't get a lot of action, BUT are not known ways of interviewing people. It is always scare tactics. Learn people,!!!
I was in Riverhead on an outing for work and SCPD pulled me over, gave the 3rd degree, etc. I was working in a group home at the time and was with residents. I actually stumble across a sting. I undercover cop female waved to johns told them to go here(Where I went) there were 4 patrol cars there. Another time, I was speeding from the same place, pulled over for speeding and a cop did the same shit, implyingf that I was buying drugs, did not believe that I wanted to take a drive. SCPD, I know you are reading this,
1. LEARN PEOPLE SKILLS
2. IF YOU DON'T CARE, WHY SHOULD I CARE IF ONE OF YOU DIES!!

Sorry for the harsh words, but power corrupts in all facets.

this is true, i was in Riverhead and pulled over for no seatbelt, even though i had it on, and really had it on the entire time, they still wrote me up. Then in court i couldnt even plea my case.

Unless, I am caught in an illegal act. I have done nothing wrong. Unless SCPD accompany me inside the booth, who is to say what took place. Its just my word vs. their's. I feel its just not worth the hassel. So I rather stay away!!

I said, looking him right in the eye and with a straight face: "I like to look at the pictures in dirty magazines and I like to put a quarter in the slot and watch the girl dance."

Of course they are on shaky legal ground, but the assumption is that the people they are pulling over are too stupid, intimidated or insignificant to do anything about it.

I don't know anything about this place or the area, but they probably received some complaints and are trying to scare off patrons through intimidation. I assume they know what goes on there and would simply bust the place if they wanted to do so. Presumably, they wouldn't telegraph their intentions to raid the place to ownership by setting up shop outside. They are probably hoping to grab people for other violations (e.g., drugs, DUI, etc.), which may give the local powers that be a reason to take other action against the place.

In any event, it is always better to be polite and cooperative to the extent possible with LE in order to avoid unnecessary hassles, but if you feel your civil rights have been violated, you should fist complain to their internal affairs department and then to the state AG's office if that doesn't get you anywhere.

A better way to discourage patrons is to simply park a police car in front of the club and have an officer walk up and down the street checking registrations and inspection stickers. Or go into the club and ask for IDs to make sure everyone is over 21.

When you get stopped by a cop, he has no idea if you just robbed a bank or are out buying groceries. The cop does deserve some respect and probably isnt as dumb as you think. Of course they know illegal stuff is going on, its their job ( and OT) to stop it.

Of course they know illegal stuff is going on, its their job ( and OT) to stop it. Its just not important to the cop on the beat. Plus he couldnt tell which cars belong to the guys visiting the club and which were just the working stiffs trying to earn a living in all the factories on the block.

The area (Wyandanch - right down the street) has people getting shot, drug deals out in the open, children getting the crap beat out of them by the people they live with and lots of DUI and DWI all the time. He is concerned about that and not about some middle class guy paying for a lap dance behind closed doors.

Its the brass and politicians you have to worry about. They are the ones interested in the press and their tactics are on a grander scale - usually looking for fire code violations and year long "investigations" involving undercover people.

So if you get stopped (I have many times over the years without effect) be respectful and answer the questions (and ONLY the questions asked - if a yes or no will do - give a yes or no -). And make sure: your inspection and registration is up to date; you are (and any new "friend" in the car also) wearing your seat belt; you stop at stop signs and signal when you turn; no open bottles, cell phones etc.
