I knew this was going to happen, so this is why I stopped going to Fantasy. The last time I was there I had 5 girls offer to fuck me for $100 or give me a blow job for $50. To me that is disgusting. I am not going near a chick that is fucking guys for $100. After that expierence, I never went back to Fantasy. I made Club Babylon my "stomping" grounds. Based on some recent reviews it looks like Club Babylon is following in the steps of Fantasy. I like Club Babylon, but if they are going to be letting the girls do whatever they want, then I am going to have to wait for X-Dreams to re-open. Not for nothing, but Mike ran a clean business and only let his girls offer handjobs. Thats what I liked about X-Dreams. Hopefully, Club Babylon management reads the article about Fantasy and decides to do the "right thing" and limit what the girls are allowed to do. It would be a shame to see Club Babylon close down.
I think that the swingers and gay rooms are probably more of the problem than the lap dance areas as far as the raid was concerned.
I think that Fantasy management knew that something was about to happen. On Thursday, I was told by one of the girls that she wasn't allowed to anything more than HR. Even Russian was off the menu.
Funny, there was no Tyjuana, Mabel or Passion on Friday's schedule. With given names like Tyjuana and Passion, do you think that the parents of these girls knew that they would grow up to be strippers?

From the Associated Press article:
"Three women, Tyjuana Wilson, Of Hempstead; Mabel Moreta, of the Bronx; and Passion Jones, of White Plains; were arrested for prostitution. Jones was also charged with possessing the drug Ecstasy."
Yes, I believe that the Associated Press would be reporting names from arrest reports, rather than their "stripper names".

3 strippers were still arrested which means that they did raid the lap dance rooms. Anyone from UG could have been there when this happened. Thats the scary thing about the whole situation. The last thing that any of us needs is to get arrested for being involved in an illegal act of prostitution.

More of a problem for whom?
Seems to me the biggest problem for the place was no smoke alarms and no sprinklers.
Sorry to seem like being a Monday morning quarterback, but if I were running a place that was unpopular with the powers to be I would make sure every fire exit door lighted sign was working, fire alarms and extinguishers were to code, handicap parking signs were straight, etc. You can fight the other charges but not the "unsafe" building that was padlocked for fire code violations.
Should I ever pick up a SW, for example, I tell her to put on her seat belt and make sure she didnt have any open containers of booze on her..

I've never been to any of the places you talk about on LI. But my experience in the City has been that I've never been to a $40 handjob place where women weren't fucking guys for $100, as you so poetically put it. Anyway, handjobs probably count as prostitution anyway. If you really can't stand any chance at all of being arrested (BTW, how many customers did they haul in?), you've got to stay away from those places entirely.

All the people in those rooms were let go. They were all adults engaging in non-paid consensual acts. The DA couldn't find an inditable offense to hang on any of the members of those rooms.
BTW the ad for Fantasy is running in today's Newsday.

I usually don't post on these boards
but I thought this was important info for you folks. These are excepts from NY state laws I found. If I understand it correctly, even paying someone to grab your "boy" with your pants on falls under prostitution.
Of course one could argue that all you did was pay for an erotic dance and that she got so turned on that she consented to do more without compensation. Try to explain this to your wife / girlfriend...
By the way, if a girl asks for more $ for a h/j , b/j - be very careful. Without a doubt, this crosses that fine line. I hope this helps you guys (and girls)
As used in this article, "person who is patronized" means the person with whom the defendant engaged in sexual conduct or was to have engaged in sexual conduct pursuant to the understanding, or the person who was solicited or requested by the defendant to engage in sexual conduct.
S 230.03 Patronizing a prostitute in the fourth degree. A person is guilty of patronizing a prostitute in the fourth degree when he patronizes a prostitute. Patronizing a prostitute in the fourth degree is a class B misdemeanor.
S 130.00 Sex offenses; definitions of terms. The following definitions are applicable to this article: 1. "Sexual intercourse" has its ordinary meaning and occurs upon any penetration, however slight. 2. "Deviate sexual intercourse" means sexual conduct between persons not married to each other consisting of contact between the penis and the anus, the mouth and penis, or the mouth and the vulva. 3. "Sexual contact" means any touching of the sexual or other intimate parts of a person not married to the actor for the purpose of gratifying sexual desire of either party. It includes the touching of the actor by the victim, as well as the touching of the victim by the actor, whether directly or through clothing.

I meant as far as the reason for the raid. Other than the charges against the 3 girls (who apparently propositioned undercover cops) the other charges were building code (smoke detectors and such) and zoning violations, based on the store being identified as a video store rather than a sex club.

Lawyer101, I have never heard of or seen (having been present during several raids) the police do more then a warrant check on any patron. If you read the articles, the manager was arrested on a public nuicance charge. The dancers who propositioned the officers are out of luck.
I don't know what kind of lawyer you are, but a LAPDANCE is considered prostitution in this state. There is absolutely no doubt that HR is.
230.00 Prostitution
A person is guilty of prostitution when such person engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee. Prostitution is a class B Misdemeanor.
230.02 Patronizing a prostitute; definitions
1. A person patronizes a prostitute when:
(a) Pursuant to a prior understanding, he pays a fee to another person as compensation for such person or a third person having engaged in sexual conduct with him; or
(b) He pays or agrees to pay a fee to another person pursuant to an understanding that in return therefor such person or a third person will engage in sexual conduct with him; or
(c) He solicits or requests another person to engage in sexual conduct with him in return for a fee.
2. As used in this article, "person who is patronized" means the person with whom the defendant engaged in sexual conduct or was to have engaged in sexual conduct pursuant to the understanding, or the person who was solicited or requested by the defendant to engage in sexual conduct.
You should be aware of just what you are doing in place like Wet Dreams / Club Babylon, X-Dreams etc. even if actual penetrative sex isn't going on with YOU.
What you might fail to realize is that MWV. If you accept HR from a given dancer and are content to pay for it that's all they'll do. Those who make it clear they refuse to pay unless they get more, usually do. For the most part, dancers will do the least they have to do to get your money.
BTW, there are many dancers from the suffolk club circuit (sorry, I won't give up names) who also do the underground club circuit on their off days. You're deluding yourself if you think they don't give it up for under $100 on a regular basis. They do.
If Fantasy got busted, Club Babylon and the others will be next. It is time to stay low for a while

L101, unless one of the dancers is a cop, or negotiation with a dancer takes place in front of a cop, customers don't have anything to worry about as far as any charges regarding prostitution (or solicitation).
Even if a cop were to bust in on a lap dance room in the middle of a customer getting fs, nobody could be arrested for prostitution or solicitation because there would be no evidence that anyone payed for that fs.

Historically customers don't get arrested in these raids.
But I don't think qb is right that you couldn't get arrested if you're found having sex in a known house of prostitution because they wouldn't have seen any money change hands. They only need probable cause for an arrest. And (this is talking fairlyland stuff now, because the case would never go to trial) if the case went to trial, they could use circumstantial evidence to prove payment. (Just because you deny it doesn't mean anyone is compelled to believe you.)

Another political raid. Was this a big quality of life issue? Anyone complaining? Nice job by the SCPD, guess the fire houses were all busy that night. these places are in industrial areas for a reason, so they arent a nuisance to homeowners. Although I never liked the place, there were doing no harm. I hope all the like places stay low for a while, the girls should know who is a cop, stick to the regs. Then if we get raided, at least we should have a few seconds to pull our pants back up! I saw this happen in the city in the mid 90's, and it was a ghost town for a lot of years. I guess the main message to my favorite providers is "be careful out there".

I have nothing against CB, but I am finding it quite amusing that a place that makes it living selling handjobs was out there marketing like McDonalds.
Radio, newspaper, and open Internet forums like UG, all used to drive growth? I'm thinking that someone on the CB team was taking his/her business degree a bit too far over there. A jack shack can never hope to sustain the same kind of extreme revenue growth that it sees when it first opens. The increased exposure that comes with that growth ultimately kills the golden goose.
Wanna get wealthy selling handjobs? Open places like CB in 25 different cities, and keep them all LOW PROFILE. No individual club will make you wealthy, but combine them all, and you're doing OK for yourself.

I agree. I made a similar point when they were having the radio broadcast from Wet Dreams.
While I really appreciated their participation here, I questioned the logic behind that visible participation. However, even with their departure, I hope they continue to monitor the board, as I think it can help them identify things that they are doing right and wrong.

In a recent "jackshack" visit, I was told that "someone" was going to be monitoring these web forums and removing open references to explicit sexual activities, to try to tone things down a bit. I'm not sure who monitors what on UG, but I suppose this makes some sense.
Does anybody know how many people are actually looking at these forum posts? Is it hundreds, thousands?
Which LE group raided Fantasy? Would it be the same jurisdiction as CB?
I also noticed a sign in front of CB saying there was going to be some kind of zoning hearing coming up...so maybe Mike's claims at XD about limited zoning opportunities in that area were not just a smoke screen.
Any news about XD?

This is a very grey area and brings up the question of who this board serves. I have always used this board to get info on the cheapest way to find sexual acts. One of the main things I like about this board over *** was that you really never had to tip-toe around shit with bullshit terms like Frank Sinatra and Harry Reasoner. This board helped spread the news that girls were giving HJ at X-Dreams and made some of the girls step up their game. Some of us use this board to give each other info on who is hot and who is not. On where the action is. If the clubs are censoring the info then what good is it? Look at *** now. All it is is advertisements. I have no problem with people advertising, I know UG needs to make money somehow but readers will have to realize that to get the truth about what is going on in the VIP rooms they will have to back channel. I can see CB's point because of all the heat, but they were aware of how reviews were written when they came on. They knew certain guys wrote expclicit reviews.

I believe it was the SCPD that raided Fantasy(qb14 would probably know the answer to that question). If it was SCPD then they would also have jurisdiction over CB.
I'm not getting into the zoning situation as I have heard both sides of the story on this one and I don't know which is reality and which is fantasy.
As far as X-Dreams re-opening, it will happen but not for a while. Mike is re-building the lapdance area first and plans to have the girls start working while he re-builds the adult video store as well as the peep area. I don't know how classy X-Dreams will look but I do look foward to getting dances from my girls again.

I am new to this board but I have been reading it often over the last few months. In reply to Lawyer101's comment I have it on good authority that XDreams will be re-opening later this upcoming week or earlier the following week. The "zoning" signs at the other peep place have to do with an upcomming hearing regarding 2 adult venues operating in an area that is only zoned for 1- I was told that XD has the proper cert's and the other one does not and will not be able to get them either. It's going to be very interesting over the few months.

According to articles that I have read, it was SCPD and fire marshals. I don't know if all of the code violations were fire violations, so it's possible that people from other agencies that are able to cite them with other code violations were also there.

Only SCPD has the jurisdiction to raid an establishment, so it was them. They were obviously tipped off, and that is where the questions come from. Were they looking on here? Was it a disgruntled customer, or the story that is going around, a co-tenant tired of the cars and traffic? Whatever the case may be, these things arent usually one and done. CB can expect a visit soon, as well as xdreams when it reopens. I just keep seeing the NYC scene, now coming back after years of being pretty dormant, and now Long Island is going to be under the scope. Looks like I will be traveling into the city more often on "business" now, especially in the evening hours. Be safe everyone!

They cant just ticket cars in front of one building if there is no parking on the street. They have to ticket everyone.
In fact a few years back (in a different part of Town of Babylon) the same situation existed on the street my company was on and the only building with sufficent parking filed a complaint with the town. The police came down and gave warning tickets to everyone parked on the street. My company had 50 employees and 15 legal parking places as was similar to the other 40 companies on the street.
I went door to door to each company, got a petition to the town that explained that the companies could not stay in business if their employees couldnt get to work. The police tickets stopped and at the next town meeting the street was changed to parking on one side.

Thats true, but in this case the block in question has very little industry that needs alot of parking ,most have enough on site to satisfy the requirments.Thats why there will be problems with the parking for XD,they don't have close to enough on site parking. The town does not have to hurt other people because they are not parking on the street.

Genius,
Where have you been? Good to see you posting again...:)
I don't know anything about the parking issue with businesses in commercial areas, but why would X-Dreams need to have 140 parking spots? These places do get crowded, but I cant see them needing that many parking spots. I assume that it just may be a requirement by the town, but I must say that it is a bit crazy. As far as parking my car on the streets, I have never had to do that. Both Club Babylon and X-Dreams(when they were at the old location) always had enough parking in the parking lot. The only time that I have problems with parking is on Fridays when I go during the day. For some reason, I guess that is a busy time and the parking lot is always full. As far as all the other days, I have not had any problems.

The 140 # seemed strange to me also.
Its not so much as a busy time for Xdreams/Babylon as during the day is when most of the employees of the other companies are working. So thats when there is a parking problem. Also other companies share the building and they are closed at night.

Who should I see tonight? Robin, Jessica, Candy, Pressley, or Jeanette? The CB forum is down so I need some help.

Robin is on the tall side, but has a nice body and Jessica is a WOC with a great body and nice personality. Rumor has it Candi and Janette don't have the best personalities; Presley is older than the rest (about 30 yrs old compared to the rest which are 19-24) and has a nice body, but small boobs and an average personality. Personally, I'd go for either Robin or Jessica if I were you.

probably nothing. I was questioned once. It was good cop, bad cop routine. I was questioned, but not arrested. Thery will threaten you with a misdeanmor If they don't read miranda rights or state you are arrested or why, it will be just intimadation.

Based on the raid at Fantasy Video, none of the customers were arrested or given a ticket. Apparently they didn't even raid the lap dance rooms. They only arrested the girls who solicited prostitution to the under-cover cops. The girls who were doing dances with other customers were not bothered. I would assume that the customers may have been questioned, but that is about it. Until I hear that guys are getting arrested for being at places like CB or X-Dreams I will continue to go there.
If they didn't raid the lap dance rooms even after they arrested the 3 girls at Fantasy, then I can't see them raiding the lap dance rooms at Club Babylon or X-Dreams.
As far as the other thread goes with SCPD pulling guys over as they leave Club Babylon, I have not been bothered by them to date. I was at CB on Friday at around 11:00am and after waiting for my dance & getting my dance, I left at around 12:15pm. I also went back on Saturday at around 1:00pm and left CB at about 1:45pm. Both days I did not have any problems with any cops in the area.

When I came out I saw NO SIGNS of undercover cops in the paring lot and I was parked on the side.I think there is just to much paranoia because of the fantasy raid.Just for the record I know alot of cops & Idoubt they would tip their hand by pulling guys over,if a raid was planned. This thing started with a posting on SCL and I dont trust any info I see on that site.

Remember that Club Babylon and Xdreams are in West Babylon,
but lets keep it real it is Wyandanch. That why people try to go the back way to Wellwood instead of Straightpath. See most of you guys drive in and out so you don't see that there is alot
of other illegal stuff going on around there. It the ghetto.
People be ditching stolen cars back there all types of shit.
See the dumps use to be back there so alot of underground
things are happening in that area besides "Happy Ending".
I am not saying the cops ain't watching the area, because they
are, and the 1st percent thinks they are the Heroes Percent.
I have been caught up with them a couple of times and they
are cockier than me. Just to put you guys on, when your in the
area watch out for your surrounding because that area has
been a red zone for a minute.
