I guess it's time for the first "Real vs Implants" thread....

One problem I have had with most of these discussions, though, is that they are often based on unreallistic assumptions. What I mean by that is seeing guys post that they prefer "natural", but that they also want DDD's. To that end, I would like to frame the discussion based on the following "sets" of possibilites:

A) 5'6", 110 lbs, a cup natural ( obviously )
B) 5'6", 115 lbs, c cup enhanced
C) 5'6", 115 lbs, dd cup enhanced
D) 5'6", 135 lbs c/d cup natural

The reason I don't want to talk about tings like 5'6" 110 lbs, d cup, natural is (a) that it'sjust too unlikely, nd (b) it's not really an option for a given lady. She can't exactly wake up one morning and decide "gee, I think I'm going to go from an a to a c, but I'm going to do it 'naturally'", now can she ?

And before you answer "I like natural, I'll go with the A", think about how many times you have actually done that when offered the choice. My point is that as many guys say they don't like enhanced/prefer natural, almost every woman who I've ever spoken to who has had it done has said their business increased afterwards.

For the record, my personal preference is for skinny gals. Most of them just don't look that good with implants ( it's easier to go from a "b/c" to a "c/d" and look good, than to go from an "a" to a "b" or "c" ).

For me, size isn't as important as firmness. However, it is difficult to judge that ahead of time. The few times I've indulged in the hobby I've gone for size, and been somewhat dissatisfied with the "tone" of what I've gotten my hands on. This is not to say that the encounter was bad or unpleasant ("even when it's bad...."), but I think that the next time I'll pick a girl who's smaller.

I think that's one of the reasons why so many have it done. In Real Estate it's called "curb appeal" ( the house looks great from the curb ). Since a lot of guys only see a lady once, it's those "money makers" that get's them in the "front door".

There was a very petite blond Who worked at Show World ( and before that one or two of the Russians around 50th and bway ) at teh open window peeps. I was on a business trip last month, and I flipped on a porn movie in the hotel (the only time I get to see them).

There were these two girls who looked fantastic, beautiful, firm DD's. When they started in on each other, you could see that on the underside of their tits were nasty raised scars from their implants. In my (somewhat limited) experience, I've never seen the like. I was completely disgusted and flipped to a different movie.

The question is; Let's say you go see a girl, maybe a new one that no one has reviewed yet, and this is what you find? Maybe this wouldn't bother some guys, and maybe this falls into the category of just not getting what you wanted and you walk out. But what if it's at a "house" like Julie's or Jane's?

I was a real estate agent (failed at it) and I understand the idea of curb appeal, but they gotta get in the door sometime.

Yes, but the difference between this and Real Estate is that with this, almost every time they get in the door, a deal gets closed. I would bet that less than 5% of appointments "walk"; that's one of the reasons you see so much phoney advertising - because they usually get away with it. If it did not work, you'd see less of it.

Same with enhancements. You may not like 'em, but very few walk because of it, and many come in the door because of it. The net result is usually incrased business, even if guys say they don't like it.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. I may say that I would walk in such a circumstance, but if it actually happened, would I have the nerve? Or would I keep my mouth shut, try to finish quick and get out?

My thoughts are, even though this is a "business transaction", or a "service", men who would scream bloody murder at a car dealer (for example) for such practices would keep quiet if it happened with a provider.

And I am in no way equating providers with car dealers. If you reject a provider based on looks, there is certainly a human element involved.

A topic I can relate to... natural is best obviously and I can easily appreciate anything in the range B - DD. But anything above a DD or an A don't do it for me. SB is right about the "curb appeal" effect - I have seen many ladies based on busty pictures, even though I (usually) knew they were implants. Implants are OK as long as not hard. If a girl has only upgraded from a C to a D, in some cases the implants may barely be noticeable. But hard implants are intolerable. Again, natural is best by far. A natural D or DD on a young slim girl - gets me every time. I have had some success in finding such girls in american spas.

Are there any nominations for the best *natural* breasts in the NYC/NJ area ? Escort or spa girls only... no strippers.

that technique ain't so new. One disadvantage is that from there, they usually go under the musculature instead of over it ( and that's one of the reasons it looks more natural ). However, there is a LOT of pain, and the healing process is much longer. This gets used a lot for small breasted women because if you just go over the muscle, it look like someone pasted two oranges to your chest ( since there is not enough fat to cover them ). Also, you can't go as many sizes up this way. While an implant "inside" the breast stretches the skin, and you can "graduate" to larger and larger implants, when it's under the muscle the actual breast remains around the same size. If you keep increasing, it begins to become apparent that the "chest" is expanding a lot, but not so much the breast.

Lately, a number of "higher end" surgeons are experimenting with implants which are "implanted" dry, and filled with saline afterwards. Apparently they are going in from all different spots, and seem to think the least visible in the long run will be the "belly button". Some of these are also thru the armpit ( is that what you were referring to ? ).

What can one add? Slim ladies with large breasts are the American cultural paradigm for sexiness. Natural breasts trump bolt ons, but if there is a little sag, a little jiggle, a hint of plumpness -- who can tell without manual manipulation whether they're real or not? Certainly, or at least in my opinion, surgical scars or implant striations (God, I hate them!) when she's on all fours can be major turn offs. My preference is for natural breasts, in a cup size that fits with the rest of her body, but looking for the greatest differential between chest size and waist size wherever possible.
