I will simply add this..I have arranged ladies from the ****** 2 times (Gracie and Shy) and have not been dissapointed.

When I tried to arrange with several ladies from Amber's the line always is call us back in 15 minutes..we are trying reach her..of course..they never reach her and just wasted my time as I was told to call back multiple times. Their phone manner is also very poor..when you call to ask if a particular lady is available that day ...if she is not...they tell you so and IMMEDIATELY hang up...without even giving an opportunity to ask about any others...just bad business sense I think.

Again I cannot judge their girls because I have not been able to schedule...but for my money (and time) the ****** are much better at takin care of business.

Just my 2 cents worth.

If there is something we can do for you please let us know...Sometimes the phones can be real busy and we tend to think that you wanted one paticular girl so we hang up...And dont mean too.. Or sometimes the person is only intrested in that one girl... Amber/Paul: you may want to give a holler over to our esteemed APM for some business pointers. It appears your business is too much "hit and miss". I don't want to say this, but I consider myself lucky to have met Jesse. Apparently on some other boards ( and here) , your agency has taken a P.R. hit.

I just wanted to emphasize that I am not saying anything negative about the girls at Amber's...just have nevr had the opportunity.

I believe that we need more providers and services in NJ so I am not one to try and bash one out of business. But being a business owner myself there is a right way to deal with customers and a wrong way..and in the long run it helps business and brings in money.

Since I opened my big mouth here are some suggestions :

When a customer calls asking for a certain girl..if you don't know when she will be available..offer to call or page HIM when and if you get in touch with her..this allows him to use his time wisely and not have to call back every 15 minutes to check with you.

Another suggestion would be to post the availability of the girls each day..(contact them by say 10 AM and post on website...that will allow customers to check without tying up the phones all morning)..now I know what you are thinking..."yeah but it is so hard to work with some girls..they don't' answer their phone..etc etc "
Well the answer is simple ..either they want to earn money in this business or they don't...if they can't check in by 10 AM..then they are not the kind of ladies you need fronting for you...


A third suggestion...if a customer was promised an appointment with a certain lady and she cannot make it offer to substitute another BUT at a reduced rate..this goes a long way in building a solid reputation in the biz.

Please try not to argue with each other or hold a pissing contest on these boards. It is very bad business practice. While the two of you may have your differences, it only comes across as petty sniping. The readers of this board will quickly grow tired of these catfights and that may only cause you to lose more business. The two of you should try to settle your differences and maybe even help each other out. With all the risks in the hobby, i.e. LE, STD's, stalkers, etc., it is in everyone's best interests to help each other out. You should take a page from Julie's and April's handbook. These two ladies hold customer satisfaction in high regard and are constantly posting on the board addressing any problems that may arise. They have always dealt honestly with their clients (I am in no way insinuating you are dishonest) and have often sought to rectify their mistakes and have made sure their clients got their money's worth. I know this is unsolicited advice, but maybe you'll think about it.

I think everyone is being a little too picky about Ambernj.
From what I can see from the website, I would not be disappointed if any of the girls were substituted for one I selected.I think the $$/hr is extremely reasonable as well, especially for anything close to a GFE. What I would like to know, if anyone can give me any details, is how secure is Ambernj's setup? Also, how much tipping is expected? I wouldn't want to be in a situation where
another $$ or $$$ was expected to get any action going.

No tipping is necessary but like anything else if the performance warrants then add the extra for the provider of it.
Using that concept may actually sort out a few of the headaches these people have had.
I always add a little extra for a job well done and maybe they have gotten to know this and act accordingly.
