Step 1. Legalize prostitution
Step 2. Enlist the cooperation of all participants in the 'hobby'
Step 3. Equip all with the Ronco Genital Turbine
Step 4. Fuck like Bunnies creating electrical energy
Step 5. Sell the electricity to California for a modest profit
Step 6. Use the profits to support the providers
Step 7. Convince the providers to provide for free.
Step 8. Increase the output girls...increase the output
