Is there a New Party Boat in the future of FL?

I have heard from two different sources over the past 6 months that a new Party Boat is being planned. I remember the one that used to cruise out of the Cape every evening a few years ago. The different twist to this one is that the ship is going to be anchored off the coast of Florida in International waters. Access from Florida will be by ferry. The girls on the boat are supposed to be fresh, mostly Asian and some Hispanic. The theory is that since the ship will never be in US waters, there can be no local interference. Has anyone else heard this?

In the meantime, it is back to the course in search of the scratch handicap index or the elusive score of 3 under par.

Interesting. I contacted 7 in-the-know people and 3 out of the 7 had heard about this new incarnation of the "Love Boat," although it seems to still be in the planning stages from what I gather.

Personally, I am a little skeptical about the legality of this, and would stay away. Some of the people involved are a bit shady to say the least, and I would not want to be on board when the Coast Guard raids the thing.

That might mean we actually know some of the same people.....HMMM...is that a good or bad thing?
