Since I believe in people's abilities to see when they are wrong ( ok, guys, so I believe in people having the opporunity to tell me "You were right", yeah, yeah ), I will chalk up amaxxx's post to coming and seeing that is actually is worthwhile to see what Julie has to say on the subject.

I'm sure even Julie would say that no one should take everything she has to say like it's the Gospel, since these are opinions, and even Julie's opinion is just that. I think what was exceptional about Julie's post was the apparent honesty with which she posted, perhaps shocking amaxxx ( and others ) who may not have been used to such candor.

I really am a good judge of character and performance when it comes to the girls that work with me. I join them in session when they are new at least once and I know what they will or will not offer. I want them to be the best at what they do. I think it is important to like what you do and if you don't you are in the wrong business. I know some guys are not easy. If the girl complains about the guys looks or weight I know she is not a good girl and I always tell her (Baby he is paying for a service and he is paying excellent money so give him the best that you can. Try to give him what he wants as close as you can get. I take time to find out how they are in seesion because I want to make all my guys happy because happy guys will come back.

I am very sorry about this situation with Gabrielle . I have drilled and drilled it in her head to get more accomadating in the session and she promised she would try to give a good session. CLowell! I will try to get back some of our Canadian stars. I guess we have just lost touch. Talia had to quit because her husband found out and went crazy on her. He is a very strict husband and he was devistated over this. She came in crying and said she would never work again.
