It depends.

Any day - except I've never heard of one on a Sunday, Christmas, New Years day, Thanksgiving. May have more to do with LE just not wanting to staff up on those days than any other reason. Just a guess.

Nah - they have all the info they need to make all the bust they want anytime.
Strickly a matter of their schedule and who is complaining IMHO.
