WHEN YOU TYPE IN CAPITAL LETTERS, IT MEANS YOU ARE SHOUTING AT THE PERSON.

WHEN YOU TYPE IN BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS, IT MEANS YOU ARE SHOUTING AT THE PERSON

You seem to have a propensity to type in capital letters. There is a button on the far left side of your keyboard. It says "Caps Lock" on it. Try pressing that down.
